Return & Refunds

We currently do not offer direct exchanges for items. If you would like a different size or colour, simply return the unwanted item within the specified return period.

Once your return has been processed, we will refund the full purchase amount within 8–10 business days. You can then place a new order for the desired item at any time — either immediately or after receiving your refund.

It usually takes up to five (5) business days for your return to arrive at our warehouse. Once your return has been processed and scanned, the refund will be issued automatically.

After successful processing, it typically takes another 8–10 business days for the amount to appear in your account. Refunds are always issued using the same payment method used for the original order.

For the latest refund updates, we recommend checking your bank account regularly.

Credit Card Note

If the amount has not yet been fully charged to your credit card, the payment authorisation will automatically be released.

• If you return your entire order, the shipping costs will also be refunded.
  
• For partial returns, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Return Conditions

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we aim to make the return process as simple as possible.

Please note the following:

• 30-Day Return Policy: You may return items within 30 days of delivery.
• Condition of Items: Please return items only in their original condition. All tags must still be attached. Items must not be worn, washed, or damaged and must be in the same condition as received.
• Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are excluded from returns, including incomplete, worn, or washed products, personalised items, and fully or partially redeemed gift cards. For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, perfumes, and makeup can only be returned if the original packaging is unopened and intact — unless otherwise stated in our Terms & Conditions.
  
• Returning Multiple Orders: If returning items from different orders, please use the correct original boxes and return labels for each order to ensure faster and accurate processing.

*If your return label is missing or has already been used for another return, please contact our customer service team so we can send you a new label.

Track a Return – With a Customer Account

• Open the “My Account” section.
• Go to “Orders”.
• Select the order for which you made a return.
• There you will find the current return status and any available updates.*
  

Track a Return – As a Guest

• Open the “Order Status” page via the footer of our website.
• Enter your order number and postcode.
• You will then see the current return status and further information.*
  

Returns usually arrive at our warehouse within approximately 5 business days. The exact duration depends on the shipping provider and their pickup schedules.

*Displayed information may vary depending on the courier. For more detailed tracking information, please use the courier’s website and the tracking number from your return label or proof of postage.

Your return label is usually included in your original delivery.

If you need a new copy — for example, because the label was lost — you can easily download it.

Download a Return Label – With a Customer Account

• Open “My Account” > “My Orders”.
• Select the relevant order.
• In the “Returns & Refunds” section, click “Download Return Label”.
• Download the PDF, print it, and attach it to the parcel.
  

Download a Return Label – As a Guest

• Open the “Order Status” page via the footer of our website.
• Enter your order number and postcode.
• Open the order details.
• In the “Returns & Refunds” section, click the download link for the return label.
• Print the label and attach it to the parcel.

If you received the wrong item, please contact our customer service team. We will handle your request as quickly as possible and gladly assist you.

If the tracking status shows “delivered” but you have not received your parcel, we recommend the following steps:

• Check whether the parcel was delivered to a neighbour.
  
• See if the shipping provider left a notification with additional information.
  

If your order is still missing, please contact our customer service team. We will gladly help investigate the issue.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change order details after the order has been placed. However, if you made a mistake during checkout, you have the following options:

• Try to cancel the order in time.
  
• Refuse delivery of the parcel.
  
• Return the order free of charge after receiving it.
