What should I do if an item is missing or incorrectly delivered?
Missing or Incorrect Items
If you received the wrong item or part of your order is missing, please contact our customer service team. We will assist you as quickly as possible.
Delivered to the Wrong Address
If your order was delivered to the wrong address, you can check the delivery status in your customer account or use the tracking link from the shipping confirmation email.
If your order has not yet been delivered, you can contact the shipping provider directly to check whether changing the delivery address is still possible. If the parcel is refused at the delivery address provided, it will automatically be returned to our warehouse.
Once your return has been received and processed, your refund will be issued within 10–14 days. If you still have not received your order, please contact customer service — we will be happy to help.
